• Ensure that all information provided matches your academic records and official documents.

• Upload clear, legible, and correctly scanned documents only.

• All required documents must be uploaded to enable a proper and timely review of your application.

• We strongly recommend combining all documents into one single PDF file.

• Only PDF files are accepted. Maximum file size: 10 MB.

• If you experience any difficulties during the application process, please contact our support team for assistance.

Application Fees

​

Our service fees are as follows:

• €900 — Applicants residing outside Germany

• €600 — Applicants residing within Germany

These fees cover professional application support services, including document evaluation, application preparation, and guidance throughout the process.

Please note: Payment of the full application fee is required only after your documents have been reviewed and your application is approved to proceed.

 

Application Review Fee (€50)

​

To enable us to review your submitted application and prepare a personalized list of suitable schools and programs, a non-refundable application review fee of €50 is required.

• This amount will be deducted from the total application fee if you proceed with the application.

• The €50 fee covers administrative and document evaluation costs and is therefore non-refundable.

• Payment of the review fee is mandatory after submission of the application form.

If you decide not to continue with the application after the review stage, the review fee will not be refunded.
