Requirements 

Here you will find a list of foundation courses  in different federal states of Germany. However to apply or participate in the Acceptance test, you must posses atleast b1 proficiency of German at the time of Application.
This is a breakdown of application of Foundation Course for students with sufficient Germany Language Proficiency

1. Check application requirements and get all documents ready.

2. Send soft copies of your documents to us and pay application fee.

3. In 2-10 weeks you will receive an invitation letter from the university to write the Entrance Test (Aufnahme Prüfung )in Germany at the institute.

4. Book a visa appointment, take the necessary documents along side the invitation letter to the embassy to get your visa.

5. Travel to Germany and visit the university on your Test day to seat for your papers.

6. After successfully passing the test, you can start your classes.

 

Application  for a preparation course without a proof of German Language 

It is no news that many high school graduates don’t have the required Language Proficiency to enable then partake successfully in a foundation program.
However some German states don’t have Foundation courses. This has enabled  the universities in such states to independently organise their own preparation courses for student who aren’t eligible for direct entry to study in Germany.
The preparation courses usually run 6-10 months if a university is independently organising it.

Criteria that need to be fulfilled in order to be admitted to a course.
This may include:

• minimum grade requirements

• language proficiency

• internships

• meeting formal requirements (such as certification, translation and applicationo deadlines)

Have you already submitted your application? These are our current processing times:

• Central and Eastern Europe, Turkey: approximately 10 weeks

• Asia, North America and Oceania: approximately 13 weeks

• Western Europe and Latin America: approximately 10 weeks

• Africa, Middle East and Iran: approximately 15 weeks

• In individual cases, processing can take longer.

Confirmation of receipt of your documents

For each set of documents you send to Ralph Educational Institute, you will receive a confirmation of receipt. For this purpose, your letter is registered in our system. This can take a few days to review your documents. Especially in the days leading up to important deadlines, when we receive tons of application each day.
Please do not worry if you do not hear from us immediately. Even if registration takes some time, it is backdated to the day it was received.


You will usually receive a confirmation of receipt within 72 hours after registration.
