Refund Policy
Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and aligned with the work completed.
1.1 Eligibility for Refunds
You are entitled to a 100% refund of your deposit or application fee ONLY IF:

Ralph Educational Institute is unable to proceed with or complete your application due to internal or external circumstances not caused by the student.

Services such as document preparation or application processing have not yet begun.
Refunds will be processed within 14–30 business days of approval.
1.2 Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be issued under the following circumstances:
1. Application Already Made
If an application has been submitted to a university or Ausbildung provider, and the student chooses to withdraw, the deposit and fees become non-refundable.
2. Student Misconduct or False Information
if an admission is rejected due to the student's fault, including:
In such cases, we will not reapply and no refund will be issued.

Failure to pass mandatory admission tests or interviews

Non-compliance with deadlines or required procedures
3. Repeated Rejections Due to Student Fault
If admission is rejected twice due to reasons attributable to the student, we will discontinue processing and no refund will be granted.
Non-Refundable Review Fee
The initial €50 review fee is always non-refundable.
Additional Terms
2.1 Service Completion
Our obligation is fulfilled once applications have been submitted and administrative tasks completed. Admission decisions are made solely by the respective institutions.
2.2 Student Responsibilities
Applicants are responsible for:

Preparing for interviews, tests, or assessments required by institutions

Ralph Educational Institute reserves the right to update or adjust these policies at any time. The version posted on our website is legally binding.
